We conducted competitive analysis of luxury e-commerce experiences and identified opportunities to differentiate. The design direction focused on minimalist elegance, with careful attention to typography, whitespace, and micro-interactions that would create a sense of exclusivity and craftsmanship. Product photography was given ample space to shine, with immersive gallery experiences and 360-degree product views. We developed a custom e-commerce solution built on a headless architecture, allowing for complete creative freedom in the frontend while maintaining robust backend functionality. The site featured advanced filtering, personalized recommendations, and a seamless checkout process optimized for conversions. The project also included digital marketing strategy, with email campaigns, social media content, and paid advertising to drive qualified traffic to the new platform.
